Since immigrating from South Africa 27 years ago, Grant has been involved in landscaping. His wife and 3 kids have also all made landscaping their careers. He has always had a vision on building a company different from all the others. A company where people want to work, building personal relationships with clients so they don’t feel like just another number and being able to look back knowing he made a difference.

Jose immigrated to the USA in 1986 and immediately began his landscape journey. He began as an irrigation tech has come to be one of the most knowledgeable in industry. He takes pride in working with the crews and is always willing to help teach new guys the proper ways of landscaping. Jose enjoys working side by side with his two sons that are following in his footsteps.

Nick began his landscaping career in 2012 mowing lawns and installing new plant material.. He moved his way up learning everything he can from his 2 biggest mentors, who would later become his business partners. All with the same dream and an idea of building a company that better aligned with their core values, C&M Landscape started.
